Pui Shan Wong

Shan completed a Masters in Bioinformatics in 2009 at the University of Auckland on the organisation of genomic data of Acidovorax temperans. She started working as a research programmer at the Bioinformatics Institute after graduating in 2009. Her work consists of data management, data manipulation, multidimensional statistics and statistical testing. Her interests are varied and includes next-generation sequencing, microarray analyses, internet programming, database construction and management and user interfaces in computing.
